Indusind Select A/c + Indusind Exclusive A/c

Hello all, I am planning to Open Indusind Select account based on my LTF Indusind Legend credit card, which will make the account 0 balance with LTF DC.

Once I upgrade my Credit Card to Pinnacle or any other Indusind card variant will my Select account still carry the 0 balance status with LTF Free DC and can I still open 4 more 0 balance Family account ?

Secondly How many Accounts a person can hold In Indusind ? I read somewhere a guy holding 2 savings account (Variant is not know to me) and an Indie Account.
 
First take Mastercard by calling customer care, then apply visa select directly from app

Debit freeze removed by monday night ( yesterday night)
When will welcome kit will be dispatched ? Do they send email notifications for dispatched item or how to check if they dispatched or not

Bcz my vI sim is having too much network issue ..

Yes they send a email notification after welcome kit + debit card dispatch. But sometimes the email comes 1/2 days late.
If you have access of mobile app, then you can go to the service request section then view status section. There will be an entry for welcome kit dispatch.
And if you don't have app access then email is not only way, you have to wait for that to come.
 
I opened the select account in last week and till now I have not received any welcome kit. When reaching out to customer service they said that your account is in debit freeze and you need to visit the branch to unfreeze it after that welcome kit and debit card will be automatically generated. Why are they doing the debit freeze and how much time it will take to unfreeze?

I directly opened my account through offline branch. But there also I have faced the same issue. In my case the debit freeze stayed for 6 days.
It's a common pattern of Indusind. In many cases they take 5-7 days to unfreeze it. In my branch they gave me reason that they were unable to validate my aadhar and unable to link it with my account, so they took voter card and debit freeze was revoked after that.
So you can contact your nearest branch if debit freeze is not removed after 7 working days.

I can only see for dc pin set service request
None for dispatched ..
I guess it will get dispatched this week

I have access to email & app
Phone too but just network problem.. did port to Airtel.. should be ok

I was just worried about welcome kit delivery

The employee who opened my account became my rm ,( got mail )
My Debit freeze was 3 days including a Sunday.
directly opened my account through offline branch

Did you receive an instant kit with a titanium debit card from the branch?

I received Select welcome kit service request email and SMS after 6 days of the debit freeze removal from my account without doing any request. Now, the virtual Select World debit card is showing in the app. However, my Select and Indie account is totally frozen. I have already raised a complaint in the branch, and the Branch Manager said that they are waiting for a response from their concerned team.

My debit freeze was removed on the 3rd day, but on the same day, I opened an Indie account and made some credit card bill payments through Indie. Now, both of my accounts have been totally frozen, thanks to the advanced fraud detection technology of IndusInd Bank.
