Infinia Infinia add ons came with same number, how to purchase more vouchers

I didn't receive 3x Points for Gyftr via Smartbuy txns done through add on for my DCB. I did the transactions on 27th Oct and statement generated on 28th Oct and in the bonus section there are less points. Though I have got the base 3.33% for those transaction but the bonus is missing?

The bonus points are credited after a day or 2. I received the missing points in my next statement couple of months back

In my case when my card got upgraded automatically different number in both card came and priority pass had different numbers.

But note previously in my black biz it had different numbers now also it had different numbers.

Check ur total points, it must be credited already. It will be available for redemption after next statement generation only though.

Then u messed it up. Which site u used? And what was OTP merchant name?

Edit: Just saw transaction date is 27th, so base points will credit on 29th i.e. today and bonus on 30th i.e. tomorrow.

Its same Gyftr via Smartbuy and for earlier date txns I got bonus points with same merchant

Ohk so it works like that got it, yes the statement generation date is 28th but I recieved the statement on 29th 6AM so the points must be as of today only.

Base points and bonus points get added separately (usually 1-2days gap between them)

@Sriim @Harry1 @MrMonkey , thanks your info was correct today got my bonus points credited.
So the base points are credited in T+2 days and bonus are credited in T+3 days.

But, from all those different accounts you will be paying using same Infinia card number right. So that will have a limit of 15K accelerated points right.
So be it 1 account or multiple, the threshold is 15K right for Reward Multiplier.

Accelerated points are usually credited after a day or two. You should be able to see it in next statement and redeemable only after next statement generation.
