I meet the salary criteria but not the CL, though I've seen people with lower spends and income with much higher CL. Is the criteria AND or OR?

A few qns:
1. The salary criteria for Infinia is 5Lpm net after tax and pf and other deductions. Are you meeting this crtieria?
2. Are you receiving the salary in an hdfc salary account? Because if so, your CL should atleast be 15-20L.
3. Who did you mail to for upgrading the dcbm?

1. Yes, drew 5.6L this month in my account this month. Before this was drawing 4.7L per month.
2. Yes, receiving it in my hdfc salary account.
3. I asked my RM for this. Also realised that I was eligible for infinia previously when the criteria was lower but RM said id need to get a ULIP, when I didn't do it she didn't apply for my upgrade either, though I qualified based on salary at that time as well.

EDIT: for DCBM I didn't mail anyone I just randomly got an email with the upgrade offer and took it

1. As I said you need three continuous months of 5+L to be eligible.
2. Ask for a CL increase first. 6L limit is way too low for your salary. At your salary it should easily be 15L.
3. RMs are useless. Email pno.

For everyone, the salary requirement is 5L/month OR 1CR TRV for Imperia and you bypass salary criteria.

Or 9L spends and you bypass both above.

Only RM & BM can do. They will ask you to close the existing cc's and then they will apply a fresh application for you.
