USD 198.80 spent using ICICI Bank Card XX1006 on 23-Sep-25 on Worldeal INC. Avl Limit: INR 61,048.66. If not you, call 1800 2662/SMS BLOCK 1006 to 9215676766.

You spoke to the Bank ? Did you tell them that the card is disabled for International trxns ? What did they say ? Have you blocked the card ?

Without that info, how do you expect us to guide you ?

Call got connected. They said they can only raise a complaint as of now. Dispute team will investigate the matter. My call is on hold again

They said they have successfully taken the complaint. Now they want me to do a FIR on cybercrime department and submit a dispute form in bank along with card front copy and my ID proof.

Block that card.
Ask for replacement.
Lodge FIR.
Lodge complaint with 1930 (cyber crime).

Yes sir. I have confirmed with the bank also.

then save that confirmation, do the steps as per shared by bank,
don't worry follow up with every escalation level and even after 1-2mnths icici not resolving the issue, escalate to RBI ombudsman and CPGRAMS ask for compensation also.
