You spoke to the Bank ? Did you tell them that the card is disabled for International trxns ? What did they say ? Have you blocked the card ?

Without that info, how do you expect us to guide you ?

Call got connected. They said they can only raise a complaint as of now. Dispute team will investigate the matter. My call is on hold again

They said they have successfully taken the complaint. Now they want me to do a FIR on cybercrime department and submit a dispute form in bank along with card front copy and my ID proof.

Block that card.
Ask for replacement.
Lodge FIR.
Lodge complaint with 1930 (cyber crime).

then save that confirmation, do the steps as per shared by bank,
don't worry follow up with every escalation level and even after 1-2mnths icici not resolving the issue, escalate to RBI ombudsman and CPGRAMS ask for compensation also.

Same happened for me also icic card and I also disabled online and international transactions,198.9usd. I don't know how it happened

Same with me on ICICI rupay credit card today, 2 international transactions done in Mexican n usd currency, 18k inr each totalling 35k inr in the middle of night while i was asleep at home in India, that too after international disabled. The card had zero transactions. Bank should atleast check ip & foreign location before letting transaction go through. Shitty bank i m closing all my credit cards now

Interestingly folks have international trxn disabled, ICICI might be in trouble.
