Is Cred support discontinued ?

I recently tried booking gas cylinder from Cred. The transaction succeeded, but payment failed. Cred bot says that the transaction is refunded and the refund would appear in my card by 4 Sept. But the refund didnt appear.

Also, I tried paying Sbi credit card bill, and it went to processing.

When I tried reaching out to Cred support, their automatic bot does not reply anything else. And while trying Email support, I get automated mail that they have stopped email support.

So, is Cred doing scam these days, like Ola ?

I had to reach out on twitter to get a human reply. Their support is non existent.

There never has been any support for Cred as such. People have went to the extent of leaving grievances in Google Play store reviews. Reach out on twitter as suggested above in case.
