I have DigiBank Account for a very long time. In fact I opened that account in 1-2 months of its launch. However, I am not using that account for the last few years. I had also rejected Debit Card during card renewal. Still, my account is active and I have no issues. I hardly use it as a backup account for UPI transactions when my primary account is down. I have no issues with it as of date.. Maybe the issue is that people did not re-update kyc in time or did not maintain a minimum balance.

using digibank since 2016. have 2-3 txn every month. not faced any issue till date
