Is stacking Amex Accor and normal Accor Possible?

I am getting Accor+ Explorer (Amex variant) from Amex plat reserve card. This gives me 20 status nights.

Can I later buy the Accor+ Explorer (Main version) and get the 30 status nights additionally?

I was thinking if this is possible I can get closer to Platinum status.
