Is this true about Amex?

Hi,

I have a gold charge card and a plat travel card under my name.

I want to issue a supplementary card for my family member, who wants to use it for their own business.

When i contacted Amex through call and chat, i was told there are no restrictions in using personal cards for business transactions. We can use our amex card however we wish.

I want to clarify if this is true, since i do not trust what i have been told.

Also, if this is true, what are some ways to take money out of amex to use in Business?

If your your Income criteria meets the spending

Like u earn 5 lakh and spend
25 lakh in year you will be asked for income proof ..

Else if earn /itr
25 lakh
Or HUF

Charge card are meant for dual purpose.
If you businessmen you buy a car u show as business spend not personal to save tax .. & u bought this car via amex cc .. doesn't that matter to amex no
