Issue Opening Savings Account

I have been trying to open an account with IndusInd Bank. I already have Pinnacle credit card. I want to open Exclusive account. Since there is no branch nearby, I thought I will try online through their site. But after providing my details, I could not see any option for Exclusive account. So I abandoned the application

I got in touch with the team, they have given me a different link to open Exclusive account. But it kept saying that already an application is in progress so I cannot initiate a new application. CC guy told me to wait for 30 days so that the earlier incomplete application will get removed automatically from their system.

Now after 30 days, Iam able to proceed further. But after giving PAN and Aadhaar card no, I am getting error that my PAN card already exists with the bank.

The customer care team is telling me to go visit the branch. But I feel like that should not be the issue here. If there is someone in this forum who can help with this issue, I will share the details in DM. Do let me know 🙏🏻

I checked with an RM already. She checked in system and sent me this. I guess they couldn't find anything 😭View attachment 55900
Actually this is a technical process has to be solve by branch only. May be she has no knowledge about it.

Then ask her to open your account through branch only.

Again if you have to visit another branch don't explain your any issue regarding account opening. Simply ask them to open your desire account.

As you are opening a new savings account, you can get in touch with any RM from your nearest branch.
They will be ready to die for you. Just tell them you want to open a new account, they will handle the rest of the things.

I have got in touch with an RM. She only provided me the link for opening Exclusive variant account. But the issue persists. Even after many days, they are not able to resolve it. Planning to call her tomorrow and give final deadline

Your are facing this issue due to two customer IDs one for Paytm & one for your pinnacle card.

One and only who can help you is branch. They can merge two IDs to one. Only after that you can able to open any account.

If branch RM unable solve this issue meet with BM otherwise try with different branch.

Solution
After getting Pinnacle Credit Card, I went to open Exclusive Account through branch. After that I received account net banking password on which I logged in and linked my credit card. After linking my Account details and card is showing as well in net banking.
But issue arries in Mobile app. Credit card userid is not showing account details and Account userid is not getting logged in. Credit Card userid is getting logged in without any issue. Account userid is saying "We are not able to process your request at this moment."
What to do? Any expert advice.
