I am not receiving OTPs on my 2 accounts since yesterday for online ECom txns using my Jana Rupay select debit card.
Any of you have Jana debit card and facing the same issue?
Just spoke with my RM, there has been maintenance work going on from Monday and till now it’s not completed it seems, even bank officials are not receiving OTP’s.
No notification or update from bank side, small finance bank’s situation.
