Just now got an update - "Just confirmed with Customer Care that Still RuPay Platinum Debit Card is not Launched but in few weeks they are going to launch it"

I am following their standard GRM protocol:

Level 1: care@jiopaymentsbank.com - mailed them on 22nd June > received denied response same day
Level 2: Headcustomercare@jiopaymentsbank.com - mailed them on 22nd June > received response asking to wait till 28th June
Level 3: Nodalofficer@jiopaymentsbank.com - next step
Leve 4: RBIO

Got the Rupay Platinum card issued today without taking up with Nodal Officer or RBIO !!!

Tried on jio finance app showed error then opened but thik se kaam nahi kar raha hai. 6pm se abhi 6.43pm takto nahi chal Raha hai

Is it now working?

No need of RBIO

A simple request to generate rupay platinum to nodal officer mail is enough.

Mailed last night around 09.00pm today 2 request closed by nodal & wecare mail till now no updates still it reflect as dummy virtual card no cvv.
