Just now got an update - "Just confirmed with Customer Care that Still RuPay Platinum Debit Card is not Launched but in few weeks they are going to launch it"

just emailed mentioning jio number. Debit card with pin visible in app in a day

There must be an option during onboarding process for selecting rupay platinum dc . U need to select that !
But in case u haven't then mail to pno, they will issue a fresh.

After completing vkyc, check the kyc status. It'll show something like under process. Once it's finished, your savings account will be opened, existing card will be blocked and new ruplat card will be generated.
