Jupiter - Refusing account closure due to POT account freeze, even though savings account is active.

I am fighting them for LTF debit card and zero balance account.
They reversed AMC. But not ready to make LTF

Ombudsman Complaint thoko. Federal PNO involve honge to apne aap process ho jayega. At least we would know ki bank naatak kar raha LTF dene me, ya kuch genuine issue hai.

Genuine issue kya hi ho skta hai .
Dono parties ko pata hi nahi charges kya hai .
Jupiter kuch bolta hai federal kuch bolta hai .
Charges itne jaldi change kon karta hai .
Further , I was ok with DC AMC , but when federal sent new changes relating to ₹5000 maintenance.
I decided not to leave them .

Crpc ko cc me rakha hai ... Agar ombudsman me complain Kiya to wo close ho jayega .
Stating duplicate complain or already dealing with the bank

Already dealing wala clause to nahi hona chahiye. Agar aap ko kisi bhi level par ek baar rejection mil gaya hai, tab I think we can complaint to RBI BO. That is exactly what I did too.

In follow up emails, Jupiter and Federal both complied to RBI complaint and never raised a question or query.

Level 1 and 2 replied in negative. Level 3 and 4 didn't reply.

Then I wrote to RBI, then received reply from Level 4 (Federal PNO) based on complaint.

Mai to keh raha hun aap bhi RBI ko complaint karo.
It is a straightforward format, takes about 15 minutes. Bas emails ke PDF chahiye aur 200 word ka write-up.
RBI ko complaint dala hua hai, but basis jupiter chat support wala hai
 
Already dealing wala clause to nahi hona chahiye. Agar aap ko kisi bhi level par ek baar rejection mil gaya hai, tab I think we can complaint to RBI BO. That is exactly what I did too.

Complain karne ke do tarike hai ya to cms.rbi website pe nahi to crpc email .
 
Can you please elaborate. What is CMS RBI and CrPC? Is Ombudsman under CMS?

Any complaint first goes to crpc .
They look into the matter and gives decision on the basis of banks reply.

This can be done by both means email and cms website .

If you are not satisfied with crpc you can register again on cms portal mentioning your previous complaint no Nxxxxx

This complain will go to your nearest ombudsman office.
You will start receiving mail from ombudsman and you need to follow with bank reply and RBI reply.
At last decision is made on the basis of clause .

Understood and thank you. Yes, I remember there was a section to add previous complaint ID.
 
I don't get why everyone is hating this Neo bank

They are giving ₹1k cashback every month from last few month with their virtual card
U don't even need physical card for that
Apart from that I made a payment for my icitss batch of ₹13500 for which they credit extra 1k jewels for delay in credit of normal jewels

And regarding charges I have never been charged via them

If one is not satisfied with their service/proposed charges one can simply close the account

Also I would like to say
I don't maintain any balance their
And also in pot account u just have to simply decline when it shows (to invest in pot automatically)
Just decline that option and it's sorted then

Further app is smooth and do the job
I agree that cc is dumb sometimes but they do follow up on call after sometime till u get satisfied with resolution


I am having no issue till now
And i am constantly getting offer of getting physical card at 199+gst


I will say from company' perspective
Not even company ,it's industry wide reality that cash burn model is not feasible for long term

U already know about cred app etc
They provided good cashback at start like every app
But nowadays nothing
I even saw a thread where a person got ₹1 on paying around 85k bill


It's reality that one can't give free rewards for life time

And also who are of saying they advertised free card free account

They should be punished for card ltf promise but apart from that account is still 0 mab

Hope it clears the air now

Exactly. I also didn't faced any issues or deducted any charges till now in my Fi & Jupiter.
