Charge on virtual dc is a known thing from quite a long time
There are threads on other forum as well of last year with same things

U can simply block the virtual card
(Before doing that just check jewels page u will see add money offer using virtual dc ,check that out
If not interested simply block the card
Upi/imps etc is still can be used)

And non mab is a new thing I didn't know that
But as nodal has confirmed that zero balance account I think they will rectify the pdf soon

The Annual Fee of 300rs for Virtual DC was already in place before the federal announcement. And regarding the non-maintenance fee of 200 Rs, it hasn't been announced by Jupiter yet, right?

I have made no comments on their banking experience. My complaint is about non closure of my savings account - a very simple and straightforward request.

Same issue with Fi. They promised a lifetime free physical debit card to everyone, and I invited many of my friends to join Fi.

Then, all of a sudden, they announced annual fees for those who do not maintain a 50K balance, and all my friends got charged an annual fee.

Honestly I don't remember reading too much cause back then I didn't use virtual DC much. 😅

I was their first 1000 beta customer, and got a good amount of 10% cashback.

Many of the people I know in tech were part of the founding team at Jupiter. It was a healthy community like TF here, where product building was user driven.
All that was good.

But their awful policy on retention of users by denying account closure boils my brain.

I'll make time to report them 5 times if required.
*And I'm 100% with you too to report them for your case.

Ombudsman Complaint thoko. Federal PNO involve honge to apne aap process ho jayega. At least we would know ki bank naatak kar raha LTF dene me, ya kuch genuine issue hai.
