what i understood in conversation with customer care is that (i am be wrong as no confirmation yet by kiwi users nor by kiwi customer care).
2% instant cashback on upi spends upto 1% of card limit in a month(if card limt is 1lakh max cashback is 1k/month)
3% for >50k spend (Here 3%=2%instant+1%bonus) similarly for 4% >1lakh & 5% for >1.5lakh .

What I understood is just keep using Kiwi Neon for all your Scan and Pay Rupay transactions and you will get the best reward rate. So don't think much just chill and enjoy.

yeah .. this is confusing.
The only way this statement can make sense is

1. 3% cashback on spends upto 50K
2. 4% cashback on spends upto 100K
3. 5% cashback on spends upto 150K

When the first milestone is hit the extra 1% is given to this and till 100K it goes like 3%. So for 0 to 50K we get 3% and 50K to 1L 3%
When the second milestone is hit an extra 1% is given to the 2nd 50K till 100K . So now the second 50K too gets 4% and the next 50K gets 4%
When the third milestone is hit an extra 1% is given to the 3rd 50K and so on...

Like this.
milestone 1 [0 - 50K] @ 3% and [50K - 100K] @ 3%
milestone 2 [50K - 100K] @ 4% and [100K - 150K] @ 4%
milestone 3 [100K - 150K] @ 5% and 2% later on

Now post calculation I feel like have received less cashback as milestone benefits. Have spent around 51,695 till 30th Sep and have earned cashback of around 436.75 (excluding any promotional cashback).

Should have received an additional cashback of [(51,695 * 3%) - 436.75] = 1114.10 but received 787.75 only.

I recently download the kiwi app. I am not able to add my savings account. Every time after adding the account the application is stuck. Not looking forward to apply credit card. Not good experience
