I don't think this is accurate, I have a limit of 54k, made a payment a 14750 RS and got 1180 Kiwis

that guy got something diff..in returns which is to be asked to care..
1% kiwi cap will be there in all scenarios..until and unless..some rewards offer is going on..in that case extra kiwi rewards will be given..which will not be counted in capping

Lets do the complete calculation here. Don't know what is applicable as of now.

CASE 1 : if it is 1% kiwis

Limit of earnings in kiwis = 1% of CL
Now with subscription we get 2x = 8 kiwis for 100 rs spends

When will we hit the limit of earning rewards in a month ?

X rs --------------> CL/100 kiwis
100 rs ------------> 8 kiwis

now solving for X

X*8 = (CL/100)*100
X = CL/8


SO, you get rewards till CL/8 inr spends and the reward is (CL/8)*(8/100)*0.25 = CL*0.25/100 rs


Lets say you have 80,000 CL you will get rewards till 10K spends per month and later on you wont get any.
And the value of rewards is 800*0.25 = 200 rs





CASE 2 : if it is 1% INR

Limit of earnings in inr = 1% of CL
Now with subscription we get 2x = 8 kiwis for 100 rs spends

When will we hit the limit of earning rewards in a month ?

X rs --------------> CL/100 inr
100 rs ------------> 2 inr

now solving for X

X*2 = (CL/100)*100
X = CL/2


SO, you get rewards till CL/2 inr spends and the reward is (CL/2)*(8/100)*0.25 = CL/100 rs

And the value of rewards is 800= 800 rs

Irrespective of the bank, all these neo ccs come with multiple indirection of calculating reward rate.
