Kotak 811 lifetime free credit card without fd

Opened 811 kotak Mahindra bank savings account last week. Today got call from kotak Mahindra bank credit card team and they said I'm eligible for lifetime free 811 credit card also i will get 500 movie voucher. She just took otp and said card will reach in 7 days.
Otp was from kotak bank.
On kotak website it shows card have 500 rs annual fees and i need to make fd.
Have anyone else got 811 lifetime free without fd?

yes it's a LTF unsecured card.... it isn't useless since reward rate isn't that bad...plus kotak offers are frequent which can be utilised....have been using it for the same...got limit of 2.5

I had kotak fd 811 card but 2 years ago I closed it... now I want this fd credit card again but I unable to do that every time error came u have already kotak credit card holder ..can anyone help me how to get kotak fd credit card 2nd time is this possible online or its only possible via branch ?
