But when I click on benefits for super on kotak bank app it shows this .
On the contrary.
What is true?

That's a different offer, it's for applying normal 811 physical debit card.

Yeah. But it came from perhaps nearest branch and the blue dart office is located in the same market as branch. Still they took one day to deliver even when my house is just 2km away. If I knew it would come from that branch I would have picked it up myself.

The account I currently upgraded was an existing one of my mom, can a ntb customer like me get 811 super?

Haha, actually mom used it as her investment money account and already upgraded it to super.
Dad has a account which is used occasionally now and both elder sisters use it as secondary.
Only I don't have a kotak account as I got a AU when I turned 18.

So I guess 3 accounts must be eligible and not a long procedure to check if they are.
I just don't want to waste around 1000rs just in case I don't receive CB.

And do you have idea how much Credit score might get reduced on closing 1.5 yr old kotak cc?
I have 2 icici cc on my credit score older than it, and 3 new cc which I got this year itself.

Current score is around 790, and even though Kotak is ltf, I still don't want it as I already have too many cards which are actually needed.

Don't worry about it, you might get a small temporary dip, but it will bounce back within next 2-3 months. Anything above 750 and you are good for any XYZ stuff in future.

Yes, they cannot issue CC right now. Don't ask for cancellation, let it stay as it's LTF. Kotak CC is great for sales, especially on Myntra.

Nope, it's not bank mate. Who knows, maybe some day they will give you limit enhancement. Although, kotak ask for money for enhancing limit. Typical lota 🪣 moment.
