I have applied for 811 super and added 5000 also 300 debited as super program fee. But account showing as classic. Is there anyone else faced the same ?

Guys i got a question that if i get an rupay fd credit card, spend using UPI etc and at the time of bill payment i pay using 811 super debit card then can i get the cashback on credit card bill payment on Setu, etc? Since 811 doesn't offer cb on UPI transactions.
