In January, for about 300 rs after 28th jan(date of receiving the change in tnc e-mail) and rest amount was spent before 28th.

After 28th jan, transactions will get considered in February. You will receive those in march month.

Kotak customer care said almost every transactions of 811 super were on utility catagory, they misuse reward system by paying credit card bill so 4900 excluded from cashback.

But for January 4900 is eligible and will credit before 28 Feb. Let's see

I think sabko rbi me complain karna chahiye for mis selling of product. They hv taken charge of 300 for super benefit valid for 1 yr. They can't change tnc after taking money.

This is the first thing banks mention in TnCs. Idk if this will make a case.

They can since they have mentioned it clearly.

I'm glad I took this card, I've been using this card for almost all my payments (even to buy snacks). Just received my 500 rs cashback yesterday 🙌

I didn't know about bill payments before because I've been using gpay to pay my bills, will be trying out setu for my bill payments from now on.

Since RBI has lifted the ban on CCs, I wonder how long until they stop giving out cashbacks... If they do stop giving out cashbacks then I might switch to HDFC for debit cards.. (I'm still not 21 yet so I can't apply for CCs)

So u got cashback. I don't remember anyone saying Kotak give cashback in part part.

The merchant name is probably Amazon India Private Ltd. as it gets cut a bit while showing in transaction details.
For eg I made a transaction on 15-Jan for INR 100 So in app it shows : "PCD/XXXX/AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA/TE". Also in the OTP sms it says ".... is the OTP for txn of INR 100.00 at amazon in using Kotak Bank Card XXXX".

Lotak first advertised Lotak super as 5% cb on everything. Now became crybaby 🍼 that everyone is using it on utility "Main Nehi khelunga , tu cheating karta hai".
Though it is bound to devalue but maza aya, Lotak ka Lota loot liya.
