For people asking template to email, I have already raised complaint through mobile app to get complaint ref. number before emailing to PNO. It would be better if you can quote this SR no in the mail to PNO, so that you will have proper complaint escalation before raising the matter to RBIO.

I have already lodged my complaint with Kotak customer care team vide SR 123456. However I am not getting a proper response. They are telling me that as per TnC it is not eligible for reward. Kotak has changed the TnC on January end, before that Kotak has advertised that this card is eligible for 5% cashback on Utility transactions.
I am eligible for Rs.500 cashback as per original TnC for theUtility payment transactions I had made in January 2025. I feel cheated by Kotak as they are denying my cashback citing recent change in TnC which was not informed to me during my transactions done in January 2025. I strongly believe that any changes in TnC will come into effect after informing the customer. This is a clear case of misselling and fraud which should be reported to regulatory authorities.
I believe I have a strong case for making my complaint with RBIO and Banking Ombudsman, which I am planning to do unless I get a positive outcome through your intervention. Please investigate this matter and reply suitably.
