Yeah, but not guarantee.
I used to use sbi unipay and setu.
Kotak super still gives 5% on offline transactions and petrol.
So you can use it for fuel as well.

While speaking today with cc rep he is asking me for the mail stating that i will be receiving cashback on transaction done. I told I didn't receive any mail regarding tnc he is saying it will sent at the time of account conversion. I searched and I didn't any mail anyone got a mail with tnc while upgrading acc to 811 super.

Anyone can share old tnc of 811 super before the exclusion list ?

Yeah the DC is still valuable to offline transactions including Fuel. But there is no Fuel surcharge waiver right? So 1%+GST is applicable.

If it gives cashback on HP Pay then you can get total 8% cashback using HP Pay app.
3% HP Pay offer + 5% Kotak Super.

I don't know MCC for HP Pay.

There is not any fuel surcharge. You can enjoy 5% cashback.
But if everyone now spread this, on YouTube then from this month yeah b excluding kr denge 😅

Just complain through email or grievance tab (see few past post for pathways) with txn and crn details and date.

Got a call from lotak reg unipay txn in first week of Jan. MCC is confirmed 4900, they're claiming it to be blacklisted.

Time to go rbio way
