What did they told you?

The most they can tell you is, "Sir, we don't do the online account opening process. We do it offline. Just visit your nearest branch to get your account opened."

If visiting the branch is an issue, then unfortunately your only option is to file a complaint and play email-email game.
For the person am asking don't have that much charm into mails, he just need some Pvt Bank account for normal transaction, if low or 0mab is available, that's good.
He is having Axis Liberty(3-4 months old), now he got transferred to some other place, so chances of unexpected expenses may be more, so keeping track or maintaining 25k is not that feasible for him, it also blocks the flexibility to use the complete funds.

hello guys i complained to rbio about kotak not giving cashback on utility payments done before they release new cb ex list
now i got reply from them that i will get cashback for that transaction.

us time maine mail bhi kar rakha tha ki mujhe apply k time free dikha raha tha phele toh unhone mana kar diya tha
fir maine dubara mail kiya hum logo ka pagal bana rahe ho free dikha k customers onboard kar rahe ho.
toh aaj unka mail aaya hai ki free membership enabled kar di gai hai.
aab mera milestone mein jo 22k spends tha vo 0 ho gaya hai
toh ab jo maine 1200 fees k bhare the uska kya hoga
