They Have Broken My Linked FD And Charged 5765 Without My Consent But The Thing is I Haven't Initiated any kind of Debit transactions Hence Without My Consent how can They Charge me hence raised rbi Complaint They said They Will look into this and get back to me will update what the result would be also asked for compensation of 50K Rupees

You'll probably get the cost of the charged fees for breaking your FD + a thousand or two at max. But 50k is a long shot. If your naseeb is as good as @sjmajumder then you would probably get it!

Hoping For Maximum Not Like Required 50k But The Thing is Really They Had Made Me Frustrated With This By Taking Too Much Time and My efforts

Why did they charge you? There are no charges for closing a linked FD. I am assuming it was linked to your SB.

They liquidated some part of fd and deposited into my sb and hence charges they are saying but I have neither initiated any debit transaction and nor used the money they liquidated till date
