I was thinking of closing the current kotak with pathetic limit and applying this one. Is there a cooldown period for kotak? If I close and apply same day will it work? 😂

True, but min transaction of 34 adds an edge to TNeu cards.
99% of my UPI txns are below 2000. Most places with order size of 2-5k accept credit cards.. except small local shops.

Yes Neucard is good for low value txns.
I use Neucard for under ₹100 txns
Kiwi for ₹100-₹2000
Myntra for above 2k.
