Neu card is good only if you are heavily invested in Tata. I mainly earn coins for BB, BBNow & UPI and earn/burn at 1Mg. Even got 1% coins on paying for annual servicing of my Tata Tiago (that was a surprise).

what do you mean by SBI is not GOVT ?

When I referred to SBI as a Govt Bank which I meant by SBI is a public sector company where Govt has majority share holding..

Try to get CRN by sending sms from kotak registered mobile number and see if it works?
