Did you saw any case where a customer raised such a complaint and Bank took the Action and Updated the BIN across Websites where it is not updated ?

No bank will convert your card when you have EMI's going on mostly.
They will ask you to clear outstanding first before they take any of your request.

When I applied for Kotak League through the website, it shown me the same application number as when I applied for my ZEN card last year,
but I received a different application number in the SMS.
