Kotak Myntra RuPay conversion -

After fighting for almost 20 days they finally took the request to convert the Kotak Myntra Master to Rupay

It finally happened after I sent them the RBI circular regarding payment networks.

Yes, sometimes PNO won't accept the emails if you haven't gone through Level 1 and/or Level 2 escalation.
Sometimes they would accept the complaint, but it all depends on individual and the complaint reason.

I have Kotak Myntra Mastercard, I want to convert it to Rupay, I had called the customer care multiple times requesting to convert but they refused, also wrote mail to kotak customer care they also refused

do you please provide me the pno mail id . i have also received the masterone want to convert it in rupay customer support is not doing the same. they ask me to wait min. 3 months to get upgarde for the same.

Really in logo ko details kaha se mil jata hai and wo fraud hai ya genuine? Yes bank wala ladki bol rahi thi merchant and non merchant dono transaction ho sakta hai BOYC Rupay Card LTF de raha tha.🤣

Lekin mera age criteria toh meet nahi karta mein 21 ka nahi hoon 🤣
