Kotak Myntra Mastercard to RuPay Conversion Request Accepted:

Kotak Myntra RuPay conversion -

After fighting for almost 20 days they finally took the request to convert the Kotak Myntra Master to Rupay

It finally happened after I sent them the RBI circular regarding payment networks.

I applied recently and received a Mastercard, but the packaging was damaged. So, I requested them to send a new card and change the variant also.
Initially, they asked for rs 100 replacement charges and refused to convert variant. Late on received a call from kotak that the concern has been highlighted to the internal team and later on they dispatched Rupay variant.

Only the packaging was damaged or the card was damaged too? Also, without any refrence number or request number your card was converted into Rupay Variant and that too from phone call, good to hear.

One side was open due to poor pasting, I guess.
Card and letter was okay, but to be on safe side, I requested for replacement

I think it's written over that to accept only when the card is in good condition.

By the way congratulations 🎉 for Rupay.

Called Kotak Customer Care. They told now on call they can take request to convert from VISA/Mastercard to RUPAY or vice versa

Aise issues ko dekh Rupay me convert karne ka man nahi kar raha waise bhi FYF + 1K Myntra GC mil gya also 2L+ spend ho chuka hai to next year ke baad decide karunga Rupay ka.

Apke paas already dher sara Rupay Card hai, aap ye concern ko escalate karwa lo fix ho jayega may be jald hi and ye issue sarein Kotak Myntra Rupay Card mil raha?

Woh Kotak RuPay CC k baki card nahi kiya tha.

Myntra RuPay cobranded card ka tumko 7.5% discount or sometimes 15% discount toh milta he. Baki Kotak Myntra card pe 10% kotak discount wala offer Myntra pe nahi mila hai.

Tumko 10% discount mila tha kya Kotak-Myntra sales offer me Myntra mastercard pe ? ya only 7.5% off ?

I have mastercard variant. Rupay users should escalate this issue to Myntra or Kotak.
