Kotak or HDFC for UPI

Hello TFC,
I now have access to two Rupay CCs because they were offered LTF so, why not?
I'd like to use the one that gives better rewards but can't figure it out myself so help me wizards

If you can spend 1.25L every 6 months on Kotak League, it is much better option. It will fetch you around 1.1% rewards

I rarely use the TATA app and Neu card hasn't been offered to me as LTF yet so I'm not sure having it will justify the renewal costs

Perhaps the Kotak might be better among these 2 as it has milestone benefit.
