Had Kotak 811 unsecured got when opening 811 account, back in June 2023.
Feb this year got offer to upgrade to mojo or zen picked zen. The offer said upgrading card can give you better le 😂
Done decent transactions offline and online and no le till date. Just checking the app everywhere only can see 1500 reward points added.
OneCard with sib gave me a le 6 months after getting card and maybe another due next month and I used one card less 😒

Zen I applied from branch via Kotak CC guy at branch. Had 2 Kotak accounts with very good balance then, 811 and Everyday account. After entering PAN, Zen LTF was showing pre-approved. There was no cibil hit. 6 months later, applied online for League RuPay. Was no cibil hit either. Approved in 1-2 days. UPI RuPay was pre-approved via WhatsApp message. But now will close it once Kotak Myntra issuance starts again, although the UPI Kotak card gives rewards on UPI without requirement of MOV of ₹2000 like the Myntra CC. Also there is no cap on max rewards that can be earned although the reward rate is poor.
What would you have complaint even if the card would have been 6 months old?
No need to complaint .just enquiring and asking for it.. if they give , they give.... if they want to give you LE, no rule can stop them..
There are 2 ways to check LE in the app, where exactly did you check??
Also is your white card LTF or paid??
Credit card service requests --> credit limit increase..
What is the other way?
It's LTF.
It also shows when you try to modify the credit limit.

About LTF, it came with my Kotak privy account.. which I had already closed last year 😀
Since it was being offered LTF, I opted for it.
Just stop spending... spend once in a quarter or so..
you will get LE in a year...

So you got kotak white ltf with privy account and now you have closed the privy account but still having ltf kotak white??

Yes.... Its still is LTF I think. Renewal is in Sep'24 by the way... 🙂
Can you just confirm this thing from the customer support please just to be sure.
Well I was thinking to wait till Sep. The leaflet with the card didn't mention any condition to maintain Privy status.
So in case there is any fee levied, I will negotiate or simply close. I am not using it much anyways.

Just remember, kotak can charge LE fees, about 100+GST.
