I have an existing limit of 320k with kotak. suddenly i receive a msg today saying the limit has been reduced to 30500/- only. like wtf. and ive never missed/bounced any payments. lol

Lucky you! I ended up paying INR 118 for increase from 105 to 126 k. :-|

Insabko cleary reason bhi batana chahiye reviews mein kya galat Mila aur kya karne pe itne time ke andar restore ho jayega limit.

By mistake i overpaid last bill and had a credit of 31k. Uske baad bhi this. Hadh halat hai inlog ka
They said we cant do or say anything its all internal. We cant help you. If u want to shut the card ure free to do so

Banks these days behave like this. Become quite normal in the banking industry, so far, RBL, SBI, Kotak, etc. it.

May be they calculate cc limit by net worth like how many stock or bank balance,fd is there .

Kotak is not doing manual limit enhancement on basis of documents after July I heard.

Still same issue ? Anyone tried for manual increase recently?

Maybe that is restricted, like issuing new cards?

10k to 1000k?

hdfc kuch bhi kar sakta hai (tho i exaggerated a lil to much )
from 10 rs i meant who barely even use their hdfc card got LE of 10+ lakhs if not less
aam.aadmi aur cardio_guy ka hi eg le lijiye : )

btw got call from kotak and she said no charges will be levied ...so upgraded on call. strange thing is customer care called for this limit upgradation purpose only. may be they noticed i checked on limit upgrade section and didnt complete thats why they called? so they track all these?
