Go ahead if you are getting communications of Free LE. They will not deduct 118 even if the app is showing charges.

It's completely normal for Kotak, they don't give free LEs. Although, there are other ways to get it free.
Of you want LE just call them and tell.you received a notification saying free le but while clicking it redirected to app and shows 100+gst charge. The executive did it from his end and no charges are levied.
