is the lounge (domestic and international) available for addon as well?
also, domestic lounge they have mentioned 8 (2 per quarter). is it calendar quarter, or within a span of any 90 days?
international lounge access is 4 per year, so does that also mean it is 1 per quarter?

Can someone confirm can we get zen card ltf free too for new customers or you just have to apply for white?
as far my experience, the address present in aadharand what other cc issuer have added all those can be selected no option to add initially once card is approved and then vkyc will be shown, on that same page you can add different address for delivery hence if kotak isn't serviceable as per aadhar address it will not be processed.

I had a very bad experience with Kotak. I have the 811 account for 6-7 years now. A few years ago I was offered a credit card pre approved and I took it. It was 72k limit initially and I was happy that they doubled the limit in just 3 months to 144k, but finally 1 fine day the card got declined for a transaction at a POS machine.
I called customer care and was told the card is blocked "due to some internal policies". I was furious saying "Its idiotic that you juist blocked my card without telling me in advance and without providing nay reasons" but they said you can request to unblock it, which I promptly did.
They didn't unblock it and never told me why it was blocked in the 1st place. I cancelled the card and that was it.
Never wanted a card from them ever since.

Existing Kotak Credit card holder. Recently upgraded Kotak League to Kotak PVR. Also having Kotak 811 account but current its dormant
Any thing i need to be vary of for applying to white credit card?
1. Saw posts of kotak messing cibil profile - what happens exactly?
2. Also apart from LTF, white colour and kotak offers does it have any other benefits like movies etc. ? (already have credit cards with lounge access)

Wait did you see 0 fees while applying? Because for existing customers they are showing 3k fees

If you have other CCs with good limit in your report, go for it.
