I think that option was coming only through the link that we received on email (to view the card details before activating Kotak app).
Now, when I try to open that link- it redirects me to app to view the card details, and doesnt show the option to upload docs for Limit increase.
And on the app, the limit review will be based on 3/6 months usage. Maybe I'll check with CustCare about the status of document uploaded on that onboarding page
Ohh...is it!!! I too received 2 sms/email from CIBIL within a 2 hour window. I thought it is duplicate email, but now will have to check!!

We confirmed that Lounge access will be available through DF. Hopefully should get the normal white card. Mine will be delivered in a couple of days. Will update here.
I think it was just technical glitch....the developer might have copy pasted the webpage from PVR card page....but forgot to update all the details for White card (on this LTF page with 101 code)
Maybe you can give it a try..... Try using the link received in email for viewing card details (the mail in which application form was attached).

can anyone help with kotak cs number and fastest way to connect through them for pending KYC.. not sure why it taking so much time from them.

You could have done VKYC that time and yours will be approved right away, isn't?
My experience with KOTAK has always been miserable 😖😣
Their Twitter Team is very active, DM them or call on 1860 266 6666 (But don't know whether u will be able to connect with cust ex or not without CRN).

On a serious note, I'm guessing they might be having the age/employer/city combo?
Are you feeling that you dig the grave yourself? - I'm speechless cause i always finish VKYC at the same time, but on Thursday i missed gym so i had 10 min free so after reading i was skeptical about whether to apply or not. it was around 10 am - 10 15 am when i try to applied and all my other VKYC didn't had any issue with VKYC at a later time, this kotak is living in some different century.
