Kotak White Credit Card being offered at Life Time Free

Yes I don't have any prior relationship with Kotak. I've shared with my Local Branch my Application Form and approval Mail which I received. They've asked me to wait as they'll take further confirmation. So let's see how it goes.
This is what they said-
“We are here to help.
I, Avinash, from the Kotak customer service team, acknowledge the receipt of request for credit card.
I would like to inform you that it takes a minimum of 07 working days for the processing of application from the date of receipt.
As per our checks, your Kotak credit card application – 232xxxxxxx is in process.
In order to track credit card application, we request you to visit the link given below.
https://www.kotak.com/en/transaction-services/track-application.html
· Steps to check the status –
· Select product as ‘Credit Card’
· Select identifier
· Input the details and click on submit
We confirm that bank at its sole discretion and based on the assessment made on the information, may reject or approve the application for Kotak credit card.

yeppp. there templates are also quite cringe.. begins like a kid's morning assembly speech and ends like the same.
@vaibhav111 They are saying that the Online Application (Current One) can't be further Processed Due to Technical Error. So They can't arrange any KYC on That Application. Further, They Told that they are taking Approval of LTF Kotak White with their Senior Team as it is Paid Card Offline.
What should I Do? Should I Proceed with it or wait and see what they are updating to you and @mgforce ??
i'm not sure if i would even get any call from kotak other than saying this offer blahh blah.. you can't apply now. so wait for both of us if @mgforce get positive response from kotak. would wait for another 4 working and should we ask expert and tag them in twitter so they could help us?

Is this ltf offer over since its not showing '0' under the fees? Can anyone confirm.

I am chasing them on Twitter via DM...but they are slow like hell.
No call received till now. I don't have much hopes.

Since vkyc is done. Not sure what taking that much time
As i haven't done the vkyc yet got a call from kotak delhi team , he was saying that yes its ltf but to access lounge you have spend some x amount he was saying that, and he was asking for pan card number so i said email from your kotak id. Shd i give him for biometric kyc ? He was saying he needs yo create a file and there are no details they got.

Guys for anyone if annual and joining fees is showing empty. Please take a written confirmation from Kotak that it’s a LTF card.
I applied on 27th, got approved immediately, did videoKYC, didn’t get any approval mail.
After following up with them, I got my card approved on 3rd August. But since it was showing no fees, I called kotak to confirm whether it’s a lifetime free card. I was shocked to hear that it’s a chargeable card.
So, I mailed them, how can they offer me a chargeable card when I applied for a LTF card. This time however the response was positive from their said and they confirmed it’s a LTF card. Now I have written confirmation from them if in future they back off. I ask you to do the same guys
