As far I remember there was post for free pp usage 60k need to be spend in one quarter for lounge access, and for white card i have no clue if kotak give pp or not.

No need for PP, Kotak cards will give you access directly. Not sure about spending criteria and all

Spend criteria is mentioned only for domestic lounge access in their T&C, no clarity whether this criteria applies to Intl. lounges as well.

Ya true. One gets white passes on threshold spends and that too can only be used for luxury brands. There are no regular reward points.

It been over from a while. Though you can take LTF confirmation and proceed accordingly if possible
