I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered regarding the non-receipt of reward points on my debit card transactions.On May 2nd, I made a transaction using my SBI debit card, but I have not received the corresponding reward points for this transaction. Upon further inquiry, I discovered that several of my friends also faced a similar issue. Transactions made between May 1st and May 7th did not result in the crediting of reward points, whereas transactions from May 8th onwards were promptly credited with points from the same merchant.I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring that the reward points for the transactions made between May 1st and May 7th are duly credited to my account, as well as to those of my friends who encountered the same issue.Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
