Yes.

SBI Unipay, SRiram one app, Airtel app is Utility.

Dhanipay app also available for credit card bill pay but you need to complete full kyc (Wallet UPI also available).

Airtel app for cc bills ? Does it work for non bbps ?

Use Visa Variant RBL signature+ Debit Card. Best Debit card Ever, 2% cashback on credit card bill pay.
