I don't rotate. Just used Ebix cash to load and to use for my genuine expenses via UPI but when there were some issues with that I transferred to bank and enjoyed doing it 4-5 times for some fun and time pass 🙂

I think StanChart and Amex dont intend to move to BBPS. Unless a specific order comes that all bill payments in India should be through bbps. But such an order will probably not hold in court of law

Got this in email from stanchart. So they will be migrating soon to BBPS it seems.

To comply with the recent guidelines issued by Bharat Bill Pay System (BBPS), the Bank is in the process of enabling payments through third-party apps.
In the interim, we would like to inform you that your Standard Chartered Bank credit card payment through such platforms may no longer be supported.
