No idea about these though. Test for Rs.100 and find out. My this month quota is over else would have tested on these.

I am using HDFC Plat Debit card and now I have 175 CB points on that. I can't redeem them as the threshold is 250. if I convert my card to Millennia will I be able to redeem them when I get points from the millennia card spends?

No both points are different. Ive got two cards and two different point categories, so we cant club 🥲

@mobsol2017 It's high time you leave such friends who can't even use their brain and ask questions about receiving rewards from customer care. Such people are the reason the Rewards Treasure of Banks is sinking every other day.

@All the sane souls here, do whatever transactions you want and have patience as rewards points can take 3 to 120 days also with most of banks.

NEVER EVER REACH CUSTOMER CARE TO KNOW WHETHER YOU WILL RECEIVE REWARDS OR NOT.

We are here to help you and will help you better than dumb CC. Be regular at this community and you will have all info. Make a habit to read stuff rather than losing brains out when you don't get points. Even if they don't come you are losing nothing.....

So look, guys I have one good news and one bad news.

The bad news is that the HDFC Platinum debit card is almost useless now.

Actually, there are still some places where you can use it to get 1% rewards cashback.

For example, if you have an Airtel Payments Bank account, you can load money using the HDFC Platinum Visa Variant Debit Card and earn 1% cashback...

A very basic question, i have 25 MAB variant of hdfc savings account and classic banking . i had plat. DC and upgraded to millenia though app.
now its showing 2 debit cards in app(not recieved the physical millenia dc and no communication from bank regarding this) . So do i need to block the plat. dc manualy??
and now i've upgraded the card will i be charged ? Plat. dc was free.

No you don't need to block. As soon as new DC is activated the old DC will get de activated. You will get an sms from hdfc on the same.
