What are some best less known CC for utility mcc 4900 with min 1% reward rate AND not from HDFC, Axis, SBI, IDFC, Yes, Amex. Since I already have the best cards from these banks and planned upto 10L spends on each cards, I want to use other bank cards for utility.

Forgot to mention all spends are offline via POS or QR scan via Rupay UPI.

How did you get 3% for IDFC Vistara?

It gives 1 CV per 200 for Utility..

Calculating milestone tickets value 4000 / 1.5L spends = 2.6%. Plus 0.5% CV. Total 3.1% .
