When my SBI mastercard debit expired, I got a Rupay debit card a few months back and sent some scalding emails to SBI. Tbh, its not that bad now considering Rupay has offers on debit cards too and i see nothing from mastercard.

Yup I used this offer last week. Was quite surprised seeing a RuPay offer finally. Also seeing RuPay banners during IPL matches. Seems like our home grown payment network is catching up slowly. But I don't know how they're giving offers charging 0% MDR.
