Life Time Free (LTF) HDFC Pixel Play Credit Card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

I applied for this card in staring of December --> got error and unable to proceed
I again tried in mid of December --> this time the card was showing only FYF
I opened the app 2 days back --> saw the LTF banner and this time got applied successfully

I raised the ticket with payzapp team to confirm if it's LTF --> they sent generic message for fees wavier and giving LTF after December 1st (no where confirmed if it's LTF for me).
I reached out to the consumer forum with all proofs --> Next day got reply in same ticket that your card is LTF (even mentioned the last 4 digit of card).

What error exactly did you get? Was it an error while transferring the limit ?

I tried applying for wife in mid December, got error while transfering limit, anyone who has got similar error previously, now able to apply successfully?

One user reported that he kept on trying and it finally went ahead
We called it a hammer solution 😀

Also did you tried it in working hours of bank?

I tried about 50-60 times, at different timeskept throwing same error, now showing application inactive, to apply again, already caused one cibil hit, is it worth to risk another cibil hit?

No before doing it, raise a support ticket and know the status of application.
If declined dont try before next 2 months

Wasn't able to apply, as limit wasn't transfered, so will that count as application declined?

Only core cards are eligible for limit transfer, it seems. I have tried qith swiggy amd neu not worked. Worked in single shot with Millenia CC.
So try with any core card amd see it that helps

Yes. Only core cards are working.

I tried with core card only - Freedom card yet got the limit transfer error so the incompetent Pixel team needs to get their act together before carelessly doing CIBIL and CRIF enquiries and us not able to finish the application. RBI ombudsman complaint filed against the jerks

Not an issue, I had tata neu when split limit worked.

Yes, the cibil will hit again --> but if your wealth is good enough and no plan to take loan in coming months then no need to think and give a try.

I have 43 enquiries with cibil of 798 --> no big deal.

I don't know why people making cibil as that much huaaa.
If you have good wealth then bank app ke ghar aake service dega.
