Life Time Free (LTF) HDFC Pixel Play Credit Card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

yes, may be the issue is for payments made for Pixel cards..

I did one more payment in Bills and recharge-credit card payment option for another card 2 days back with IndusInd MC card, waiting for points.

you should get points for this.. do update here..the points will typically be credited after 3 to 5 days..

Yes, I think few people used Cred for Pixel payment before BBPS implementation, now it's not possible.

I always get points on all the 3 exclusive DCs (MC Exclusive, Visa Sig and Visa Platinum ) via PayZapp payments.. ( accidentally paid once thru Platinum DC)....

may be I must have used prior to that date.. I had used that card mistakenly assuming it was my visa signature..

Very sad to hear. I don't know what you did differently to me. I always got my RP for paying different cards as attached previously

Same error while transferring limit! "Something went wrong. Don't worry Please try again". Take a photo of that error with another phone and on that same page there is a ❓in top right. Raise a ticket from there and upload the screenshot there. They will give some useless reply since the team is not competent enough to do anything right, they can't even design a problem-free credit card application process. Then screenshot that correspondence with PayZapp and complain to RBI that CIBIL enquiry and CRIF was done and application process is broken. You will get ₹1000 voucher and the entry deleted from your CIBIL and a phone call with apology. Repeat this until they fix this and grant you a lifetime free Pixel card after fixing the error.

Well I developed FOMO (Fear of missing out) 🤣 of LTF 2 HDFC cards which work on discount offers and 1% on UPI, so re-applied for Pixel in last few days of LTF offer. This time no error came about transferring limit. Assigned 30K limit only and chose Visa+RuPay, so now Freedom+Swiggy+Neu ∞ is just 1.58L 😞😢The packs I chose are Myntra & Nykaa, and BlinkIt & Reliance Smart Bazaar. Sadly Reliance Smart Bazaar is offline only, not online, not Jiomart. Confirmed with Pixel customer care about that. But at least the card is LTF. They need to introduce better "packs" or raise the reward rate (which is very unlikely).

Same as IndusInd or SBI cards. Split limit. Some limit is taken/reduced permanently from all HDFC cards which share a common limit and assigned exclusively to Pixel cards.

not at all.

3% over ECOM means buy via payzapp over ECOM sites.

Is the Pixel card not usable until physical card is actually delivered? I have set the PIN, UPI PIN for RuPay and turned on channels & set limits to max. Yet all txns failing. Have gotten the card number and everything but all txns failing. Card was generated/approved on 4 days ago.
