However, the main issue is that AU Small Finance Bank is not issuing a second credit card. So, if you already have a credit card with AU Bank, you cannot apply for this card. I think AU Small Bank should consider issuing a second card, otherwise, launching a co-branded card will not make sense.
For example, HDFC Bank used to issue only one card, but recently, they changed their policy, and now they are issuing multiple co-branded cards. I hope AU Small Finance Bank will also consider adopting a similar approach.

I need help urgent yesterday my verification has been done after that i saw my application was rejected and now I got call from au bank to send them my office address board pic and also office address again. After doing this there will be cibil enquiry again ?? Should I do this ??

They have quirk for GST number.
Do as they say, there will be no CIBIL hit since they use the same Lead id

It’s rejected i already don’t need I had Scapia wich I’m using while I’ll be in abroad

As of now, the ixigo app doesn't allow above 60 yrs individuals to apply. Hope, after the initial rush n hype, this strange rule may get modified.
