However, the main issue is that AU Small Finance Bank is not issuing a second credit card. So, if you already have a credit card with AU Bank, you cannot apply for this card. I think AU Small Bank should consider issuing a second card, otherwise, launching a co-branded card will not make sense.
For example, HDFC Bank used to issue only one card, but recently, they changed their policy, and now they are issuing multiple co-branded cards. I hope AU Small Finance Bank will also consider adopting a similar approach.

I am planning to get a card for forex transactions in US. What should be better RBL world safari or AU ixigo? Also, Does RBL retention easily convert to LTF?
I currently have DCB but not relying on the acceptance of it.

I applied for AU ixigo and vKYC rejected because my name in PAN is Dhaval J <Surname> (J initial of father name) where as agent told that my NSDL shows only Dhaval <Surname>. Any idea how to get the application processed?

So I applied today evening from ixigo app and got it approved within few hours after application and vkyc. On ixigo it says it is LTF. But nowhere in welcome mail. Do I need to confirm from Customer Service or don't worry about it or will it be mentioned somewhere in App after receiving physical card and logging in within AU 0101 app?

EDIT: Found Joining & Annual Fees written as NIL on the welcome letter that came along with the card. Thanks.

None of them. I applied using ixigo app - no proofs were asked/uploaded except Aadhaar verification. And during eKyc - only the usual PAN & signature thing. And yes CIBIL inquiry as got alert mail for it.

Yeah they approved after I sent them mail that both names are mine. Names were not mismatching but PAN has only initial of the father name instead of full name.
Initialy they rejected in vkyc. But after 2 more vkycs they forwarded the application. After that, got 3 calls stating the same issue and asked me to send mail from my official mail ID that These both names are mine. After that it was approved after a day.

It was AU bank employee's bank mail ID (<employeeID>@aubank.in) who called me and asked me to send the mail.

After reading all replies I already lost hope for me I applied on this Sunday it’s Wednesday today still showing under review even it’s showed me congratulations max limit 260k no verification done yet not got any call for anything will keep u guys updated
