So I finally got my own millennia but with a limit of 75k. I asked the agent to apply c2c using axis card limit 2.5L, but I am not sure that he did. So writing a mail before activation, could that help?

On the application copy I reviewed there is no mention of C2C that is why I am concerned

Activate the card and start using it first. They are not gonna increase limit on a card that is already approved but not activated. Then you can send the income docs to increase the credit limit.
