Linking of Air India Signature CC with Flying Returns

Does anyone know how to link the credit card with Flying Returns?
I had mentioned my FR number on the application form but its not been taken.

I have recently got Air India Signature Card. It came with Flying Returns membership number embossed on it. I paid joining fee also.

Neither SBI nor Air India tells me how to activate and access my Flying Returns account.

Any guidance from the card users please
